You may be eligible to have your citation dismissed for expired driver’s license , expired registration or expired inspection if:
- You correct the offense and submit proof to the Court within 20 working days from the date of the offense.
- You will be required to pay $20 dismissal fee to the Court.
Expired Registration Violation:
In addition to the above, an expired registration proof must show that the 20% penalty fee was paid to the Tax Assessor/Collector at the time the registration was renewed.
Expired Inspection Violation:
In addition to the above, a receipt is required.
