III.  Adopt Resolution PD 04-1 pertaining to JAG application.

      Mayor Heuberger called this emergency session in accordance to section 551.045 of the Texas Government Code (a reasonably unforeseeable situation; deadline for adoption of resolution PD-04-1.)

 

      “The City Council for the City of Reno reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultation with attorney); 551.072 (Deliberations regarding Real Property); 551.073 (Deliberations regarding Gifts and Donation); 551.074 (Personnel Matters); 551.076 (Deliberations regarding Security Devices); 551.087 (Deliberations regarding Economic Development negotiations); and 321.3022 (Confidential Sales Tax Information).”

           

This facility is wheelchair accessible and accessible parking spaces are available.
